The Florida Association for Women Lawyers, a statewide voluntary bar association serving over 3000 members, is seeking a full-time executive director to perform all day-to-day operations of the organization including development, membership, finances, communications, and assistance with event planning and public relations. This is a work-from-home position and interested candidates should accordingly be self-starters. The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and QuickBooks, as well as experience with database and website management. The candidate should also have experience preparing organizational financial reports via QuickBooks. Strong customer service, administrative, financial management, and interpersonal skills required. Salary is competitive for a non-profit organization of this type.
