Coordination and implementation of a leadership/policy Fellowship including recruitment, program components such as leadership forums, site visits, annual meeting and other fellowship activities and website updating and maintenance. Work with team to design/implement a creative recruitment plan. Prepare, revise and implement public relations and advertising materials. Prepare reports, documents and correspondence. Maintain financial records and monitor program expenditures. Act as a liaison between Dean for Diversity and Community Partnership, Associate Director, fellows, faculty and administrators.
Please note this is a grant-funded position through June 30, 2021, with a strong possibility of renewal.

College degree strongly preferred. Five or more years of related experience. Education beyond high school may count toward experience.
Familiarity with the Harvard system preferred.
