![]() Project Coordinator Employee Type: AP-Administrative Professional Position Number: 120048 Work Location: Seattle Summary of Duties: The William D. Ruckelshaus Center's mission is to act as a neutral resource for collaborative problem solving in the State of Washington and the Pacific Northwest. The Center is a joint effort of Washington's two research universities and was developed in response to requests from community leaders. The Center is hosted at the University of Washington by the Daniel J. Evans School of Public Affairs and at Washington State University by WSU Extension (which also provides its administration). It is guided by an advisory board of prominent local, state and regional leaders representing a broad range of constituencies and geographic locations. More information is available at www.ruckelshauscenter.wsu.edu. This 12-month, full-time Project Coordinator position uses independent judgment to manage the day to day administration of one or more of the Center's projects. The position involves coordination with project managers and service on project teams. May also help develop projects, provide facilitation and/or be put forth as project lead. The Project Coordinator position provides coordination and project management support for the Center's collaborative governance projects. Required Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in a relevant extension program discipline and two (2) years of related program experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
