The Senior Analyst and Operations position will serve as a key resource for analyzing data and taking ownership of strategic assignments for the Global Client Care team. The individuals who comprise the team work in a collaborative manner to ensure the highest level of accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
The Global Client Care Team plays a unique and dynamic role that is based around the core responsibility of providing best-in-class service to CBRE's largest investor clients, as well as executive constituents of CBRE.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify patterns and trends from analyzing large data outputs from different data sources across various lines of business
Summarize quantitative and qualitative client information from multiple sources, including meeting notes, acctount team meetings, news publications, and CRM systems, into actionable intelligence for local Global Account team.
Distribute actionable intelligence and communications across platform to global team
Maintain critical client and business information such as client snapshots, full views, client plans, activity maps and client bios.
Collect, aggregate, and perform gap analysis on a variety of business, financial, and client and statistical information.
Coordinate work with other departments and add value to complete comprehensive analysis reports and memorandums.
Participate in collaboration and connectivity across multiple internal departments including Capital Markets, Property Magement, Research and Global Client Care team across the world.
Work with global internal communication and operation teams to communicate team outcomes for reoccuring newsflash and online campaigns for messaging across organization.
Responsible for providing support to account management by proactively tracking activities, stakeholder engagement and follow through of critical activities and action items to ensure completion/advancement.
Assist in the authorship and drafting of institutional quality investment memorandums. Organize and prepare presentation materials, scorecards, and data metrics, for internal and external meetings,
Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from four year college or university plus a minimum of 3-5 years related work experience to include budgeting, finance and or business analytics; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Account servicing experience in professional services and investment commercial real estate experience, a distinct advantage.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires advanced knowledge of commercial real estate business, financial, and client terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages and metrics. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents and macro situations. Ability to solve problems with logic involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills rooted by rational thinking to understand patterns and trends.
COMPUTER SKILLS Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Working knowledge and experience in CRM software.
