The University of Southern California Marshall School of Business seeks a seasoned, engaging admissions professional for the role of Director, MBA.PM Admissions. Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for planning and execution of recruitment, admission and enrollment of approximately 200 new students annually in the MBA.PM Program (Part-Time MBA Program).
Will develop, interpret, and administer recruitment, enrollment and admissions goals while ensuring a strong fit with our program throughout the outreach, selection, and yield process.
Working closely with the Assistant Dean of Graduate Admissions, this position will successfully represent the school and effectively communicate with stakeholders on and off campus to create and implement effective strategies to support recruitment and enrollment goals.
Will manage financial aid, policy development, personnel administration, budget, marketing and public relations.
Responsible for development and implementation of short and long term goals to ensure the delivery of quality services for prospective students through customer service, personal attention, and responsiveness.
The Director of MBA.PM Admissions will directly report to the Assistant Dean and Director of Graduate Admissions
Serve as lead in accordance with the University's Emergency Operations Plan and department's emergency response and/or recovery plans.
10+ years of significant responsibility in the field of MBA Admissions
Â Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Experience: 3 years
Minimum Field of Expertise: Lead or supervisory recruitment and admissions experience with knowledge of financial aid policies
