â¢Lead an integrated development team including program including Advancement Services and Advancement Operations, which all work to achieve fundraising goals and priorities for the institution. â¢Plan, coordinate, implement, and provide leadership and strategic direction for all fundraising priorities within VSUâs mission. Plan and administer programs that will identify and cultivate major gift prospects and expand the overall donor population within each of the Universityâs constituencies. â¢Effectively manage a portfolio of major, leadership, and principal gift prospects. â¢Oversee the daily operations of Institutional Advancement, including documentation and reporting of contributions, donor and fund stewardship, and fundraising progress. â¢Develop strong teamwork, accountability, and trust among the Institutional Advancement staff and assist them in their continued growth and professional development.
