Annual and Unrestricted Funds Fundraising Management:
Designs and delivers unrestricted fundraising goals, priorities, plans and programs.
Plans, schedules, and implements volume fundraising projects and activities, including specific fundraising programs such as crowdfunding initiatives and The Big Give.
Serves as the primary liaison for all corporate and foundation prospects and partners.
Tracks and measures AF performance metrics and ensures that predetermined fundraising goals are met.
Provides analysis and information of complex results or activities, and makes recommendations to Dean's office for program changes or additions.
Leads and staffs the Dean's Leadership Society, creating opportunities for engagement and impact (moved that bullet up)
Determines pipeline expectations, moves and management.
Develops and deliver's leadership proposals and programs.
Participates in short and long-range strategic planning and prepares the Annual Fund annual budget.
Assists in detailed planning of fund development and annual solicitation programs and uses the CADS database to support these strategies and plans.
Directs members of the DAR team to facilitate AF giving campaigns.
Leads and staffs the Dean's Leadership Society, creating opportunities for engagement and impact
Serves as the primary liaison to UDAR's DRM program; working on direct mail, call center campaigns and written appeals
Ensure that predetermined fundraising goals are met and raise at least $1M annually.
Advanced knowledge of all aspects of fundraising, donor relations and public relations.
Advanced knowledge of all aspects of the campus, including relevant issues for both the campus and higher education.
Advanced knowledge of applicable laws, rules, regulations, institutional policies, et cetera.
Advanced written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, including political acumen to establish and maintain good working relationships throughout the organization and with outside constituencies.
Advanced skill in making persuasive and compelling presentations of campus goals/objectives and securing gifts.
Advanced skill to meet predetermined goals and objectives through effective program/project planning, organization, execution and evaluation.
Advanced analytical, critical thinking, problem recognition/avoidance/resolution skills.
Skill to meet or exceed fundraising goals and objectives.
Bachelors degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
Five or more years of experience in fundraising programs and management.
Advanced knowledge of the campus including its vision, mission, goals, objectives, achievements and infrastructure.
