Department: Office of the Provost Web Announcement: Associate Director, Integrated Enrollment Marketing To create, maintain, execute and assess marketing and communications plans to support and enhance the recruitment, admission, and enrollment of new students to the university. The Associate Director, Integrated Enrollment Marketing, ensures that all IEM projects meet agreed upon milestones and are accurately delivered to market in support of enrollment goals. The responsibilities of this role fall in four main areas: project management, reporting and metrics, content creation, and CRM liaison activities. This position serves as the project manager for a variety of enrollment marketing initiatives, including the Online Virginia Network and ADVANCE projects. The associate director supervises the activities of two marketing coordinators, and a variety of specialized part-time and student wage staff developing content across channels. Serving as an ex officio member of the Salesforce Team, the associate director manages the Target X and Salesforce activities for the department, helps craft field layouts to manage communications, and provides user feedback and testing to the CRM team. Associate director will oversee reporting on effectiveness/ROI of all marketing initiatives (advertising, email communications, social media engagement, etc.) using data management tools and metrics, and recommend improvements based on findings. This position will also oversee creation of innovative and technologically savvy admissions recruitment communications. Required Qualifications:
