The social and digital manager will be responsible for managing the social and digital presence of Prisma Health Midlands Foundation and its signature fundraising events, initiatives and campaigns benefiting Prisma Health—Midlands. The social and digital manager will be part of the Public Relations/Events team at the Foundation and will work directly with the assistant vice president of Public Relations to ensure social and digital strategy aligns with public relations strategy.
Develop a strategic social strategy, write content, execute it and evaluate it for Prisma Health Midlands Foundation and its signature fundraising events, initiatives and campaigns Elevate the Foundation’s social media presence -Apply technical know-how on the front end and back end of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn Produce compelling copy, visuals, videos and images for social posts Actively manage, monitor and report on social engagement and insights -Monitor inquiries/comments posted on social media platforms and facilitate responses Explore opportunities on new social platforms and emerging social trends through professional development and research Manage fulfillment of promoting sponsors of fundraising events on social channels -Manage cross promotion of partner fundraising events Coordinate digital and social components of media sponsorships and partnerships for fundraising events -Ensure social media efforts align with the Prisma Health and Foundation brand
Manage content on the Foundation’s main website and four event websites includes management and tracking of URL renewals for all website properties Collaborate with event teams on digital and social-driven donor engagement strategies Manage targeted email campaigns, using an email marketing tool Produce video content and work with videographer partners on occasion Develop and submit Foundation content for Prisma Health—Midlands internal communications channels Produce some projects in-house using InDesign, Illustrator Submit and manage projects produced by the in-house printing department at Prisma Health—Midlands

Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing or other job-related field
3-5 years experience managing. -Successful social media strategies and website content.
Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, including monitoring and management systems (CoSchedule, Sprout Social, for example).
Comprehensive understanding of website content management systems (Blackbaud, Classy, Kentico, for example).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, design and production software, video production, photography -Strong writing skills with a good understanding of AP Style.
Candidates must meet the following additional requirements to be considered for the position: -Satisfactory outcome of a personal background check to include professional references, verification of previous employment and education, criminal background check and driving record. -Must possess a state issued, valid driver’s license. -Must possess original social security card or passport (copies will not be accepted). -Must have a vehicle and provide proof of auto insurance coverage. -Must be willing to sign a Non-Compete Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement and Conflict of Interest Statement. -Must provide proof of recent Influenza Vaccination (or Exemption) or willingness to receive the vaccine if hired and on an annual basis. -Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
