Reporting to the EMEA Head of HR Regulatory Affairs and Compensation, the EMEA Regulatory Compensation Team oversee the implementation of financial regulations across the regulated individual lifecycle as they relate to compensation.
Role Specific Responsibilities:
Data analysis and manipulation to support Regulatory Compensation Team
Prepare HR Regulatory Compensation regulatory reporting and disclosures
Support the process to identify roles considered to take or oversee material levels of risk (and support the communication process to impacted individuals)
Maintain systems and records covering the regulated population for data integrity and accuracy
Maintain Team Communication Strategy; maintaining the EMEA HR Regulatory Compensation webpage on InsideHR; and partnering with HR Communications and / or Corporate Communications as applicable
Preparation of materials for senior stakeholders cross team bi-weekly meetings and chairing of meetings
Technical role, knowledge ofexcel and other tools highly desirable
3-5 years of experience incompensation department
Excellent attention to detail
Strong numeracy skills
Supports regulatory team
