Under the supervision of the Vice President for Enrollment, and working closely with the Director/Deans of Admissions, Financial Aid and Pre-College Programs, the Director of Enrollment Systems and Communications is responsible for the enrollment systems management and digital marketing across all three departments of enrollment, including admissions, financial aid and pre-college programs. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the integration of the admissions enrollment system, Slate, across all three enrollment departments including: building recruitment and reading tools for admissions and pre-college programs, portals for continuing students and applicants within Financial Aid, all online marketing campaigns across the division, and creating reporting analytics that support enrollment goals. The Director will also work closely with Slate captains across all three departments, the Manager of Admissions Systems and the Office of Communications to support enrollment strategies within Slate.
Required Qualification Summary:
Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
7-10 years of related experience within Admissions and Higher Ed, marketing, advertising, public relations, communications or related field.
