Under the direction of the Hauser Studio Production Supervisor, the Hauser Senior Media Technician engages in all activity required to coordinate a studio shoot: interface with clients in the studio, operate equipment, direct the activity of contingent employee crew in the studio, and maintain a safe environment for all studio occupants. Duties are performed with and without the Production Supervisor present.
Professionally configure and operate a wide range of equipment, including but not limited to: multiple cinema-style video cameras and lenses, remote camera controls, sliders/dollies, pedestals, teleprompters, video router and switcher with live keying capabilities, video recorders and monitors, lighting grid with dmx control, and audio console and microphones is required. Familiarity with digital video workflow and media handling is required.
Ability to direct shoots, direct crew, handle talent on set, and manage studio visitors during shoots and experience effectively lighting subjects and studio sets using typical studio lighting instruments are required.
Overtime work will be required.

Minimum of three years producing video on a professional level is required.
Experience producing videos in an academic or industrial environment, coaching on-camera talent and interacting with VIP personalities, proficiency with professional video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere, and a college degree in a related field are desirable.
