The Associate Marketing Manager position will oversee and manage industry event marketing campaigns, including email, digital, print projects and timelines with the objective of growing corporate participation through exhibit and sponsorship opportunities, as well as help to maintain and improve general systems and CRM processes. This position reports to the Associate Director of Marketing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (in order of importance):
Oversee marketing campaigns and initiatives for assigned team throughout the show launch and cycle, and work with Director to organize tasks into a comprehensive timeline to balance various clients’ calendars and special requests.
Help develop outbound marketing campaign timelines and execute implementation on various platforms, including Pardot, Salesforce, etc.
Assist creating templates and general content repositories for strategically timed initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, print projects, and other special projects.
Manage timeline and assist with creation of content, such as attendee demographic reporting, including design and content development, along with Director.
Manage segmentation development for prospect and customer database in CRM.
Oversee coordinator role’s execution of event set up on various platforms, contract editing, and overall project management.
Oversee event material shipments; including required contracts, laptops, exhibitor information and other hardware with the help of the exhibit operations team.
Work with event platform manager and exhibit operations team, to ensure proper event launch in various systems.

Qualifications (computer & communication skills, training, certification, etc.):
Thorough knowledge of various marketing platforms, including social media (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin), marketing automation (Pardot, Hubspot, etc.), CRM (Salesforce)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
Basic knowledge of Adobe products; including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
Basic knowledge of web development and text editors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and client requests
Ability to delegate smaller tasks to junior level roles
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a marketing related field
3 + years of digital marketing experience
Additional Salary Information: Commensurate with experience.
