This position will be responsible for coordinating event logistics in a fun and faced paced workplace. This will mean wearing multiple hats at times in order to get the job done. Multi-faceted travel coordination of over thirty events annually
Responsible for the planning, sourcing,researching, organizing, and booking travel within the constraints of event budgets and at the direction of the departmental GM.
Creation and distribution of travel itineraries
Organize and prepare event staffing schedules for employees and freelancers
Confirm event staffing
Coordinate freelance payments with accounting team
Help facilitate internal communication within the SpeedVideo team and cross departmentally.
Creation and tracking of logistical deliverables, providing accurate and timely reports to departmental and company leadership on event status.
Skills & Experience.
You are fast-paced, have lots of energy, and are truly willing to put in hard work.
Excellent with paperwork and administrative tasks. You are known for keeping an organized calendar, task list, color coded system for tracking or organizing, etc.
Ideally, you are a planner! All of your friends know that you are the one that will think of the details and work to make sure things come together as planned.
Experience with spreadsheets. You’ve worked in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. You can create and maintain spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
You’re a helper. You don’t mind lending a hand, no matter how big or small, in order to get the task done.
You are a team player! You are looking for a place that will be more than a job, but where you can become a part of a family.
You should be a quick thinker, fast on your feet, a quick typer, and have strong computer skills.
You must have 3-5 years experience working in an office environment.
You must carry yourself with high levels of integrity, intelligence, and maturity.
