Creates and manages internal print and digital brand communications to support overall retention and recruitment efforts, promote Touchstone Energy Cooperatives as the national cooperative brand/network, recruit new members and increase awareness and use of brand resources by member systems. Collaborates with external and internal stakeholders, like the Cooperative Relations Advisory Committee, to identify and develop potential brand education initiatives to build program awareness and the sharing of best practices. Leads teams of interns, contractors and other staff members involved in the implementation of these efforts.

Formal Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing and/or related field
7+ years' experience in communications and/or public relations developing and managing communications/advertising/marketing campaigns and directly or indirectly supervising staff.
