Western Cooperative Electric Association, Inc. in WaKeeney, KS is searching for a Manager of Member Services to create long-term trusting relationships with our members. The Manager of Member Service’s role is to develop strong relationships with key accounts and all co-op members, oversee community relations and the management of the business office, and serve as the communications representative. This position may require occasional travel.
Requirements for the position include: Bachelor’s degree with a major in marketing, business administration, communications, or public relations. Five years management-level experience in customer service, marketing, public relations or communications may be substituted for the college degree. Must have demonstrated ability to supervise personnel. Experience with an electric utility is preferred.
