The Program Director for Alumni & Family Relations will facilitate opportunities for Carleton alumni and family members to support career development of Carleton students and young alumni. Develop and implement strategies to encourage meaningful involvement among alumni and family members through volunteerism, mentoring, and advocacy initiatives. Work closely with campus partners and industry leaders to assist in the development, coordination, and delivery of significant networking activities and programs. Lead delivery of career services to recent alumni prioritizing graduates from five years out or less.
The Program Director for Alumni & Family Relations will also manage alumni and family volunteers through interactive programs and develop new platforms for students and young alumni to learn from experience professionals. They will utilize technology platforms to facilitate information-sharing, networking, and career advancement for students and alumni.
This is a full-time 12-month (1.0 FTE) position, fully benefit eligible.

The successful candidate possesses a master’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of experience in higher education. Must have excellent communication skills, including presentation and writing, demonstrating ability to present information to groups in a compelling way. Preferred qualifications include at least three years of related experience in career development, alumni relations, and/or family relations in a liberal arts setting.
