Under minimal supervision, reporting to the Associate Vice Provost for Teaching and Learning, and in partnership with the Director of Development, the Corporate Relations Coordinator is responsible for the stewardship and coordination of corporate partners to engage and support Office of the Vice Provost for Teaching and Learning (OVPTL) units and programs through sponsorships and/or internships. This includes stewardship, cultivating relationships, prospect management, gift processing, maintaining corporate donor cultivation databases, assisting board development, composing/formatting/editing documents and presentations, event planning and coordinating and executing student corporate intern programs. The Coordinator is a high level, skilled client services professional who strengthens and manages multifaceted relationships with employer representatives to deliver a highly customized and responsive career employment program for OVPTL-engaged students. This position creates opportunities for employers to make contact with and recruit students and advises employers on ways to most effectively convey their marketing messages to students. These efforts assist employers in the development of their long-range outreach strategies and maximize their recruiting potential.

Salary: Range $59,623.00 - $81,070.00 Total Hours: 8-5, M-F Contract Position. Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends. Final candidate subject to background check.
