Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Advancement and the Director of Communications, the Advancement and Communications Coordinator will provide direct operational and administrative support for advancement and communications objectives within the School of Physical Sciences with expanded responsibilities in donor event management and assisting with writing and composition duties as needed. Major areas of responsibility will include: comprehensive administrative and operational support, event coordination, communications and writing duties as assigned.
All members of the Office of Advancement and Communications should feel comfortable working with a variety of constituencies, including community members, faculty members, and staff throughout the School and University. Salary: Hourly $21.54 Total Hours: 8-5, M-F Career Position. Final candidate subject to background check.
