Senior Media Relations Specialist (Contingent Category I) - (190000X4)
The Senior Media Relations Specialist is responsible for assisting business unit and programs in media relations and communications. Administer business unit projects from request to completion by coordinating workflow, timelines, and deadlines.
Manages all the social media channels of the Institute,creates identity and presence (as appropriate) where there is none
Responsible for ongoing updates about the Institute and its faculty
Cultivate the Institute's work and create content to publicize in concert with the Chief Communications & Public Affairs Officer
Track relevant social media Influencers for the Institute to enhance overall brand reputation and extend reach through influencer channels
Know and utilize new changes on social media platforms to promote your brand and engage new audiences
Measure Social media performance through progress reports
Report to the Institute's Chief Communications & Public Affairs Officer
Education: Bachelors in Communications, Marketing, English, Jour lism, or Business preferred.
Experience: Three (3) years of experience in marketing, communications, or media, public, or client relations.
