We are looking for an accomplished marketing and brand expert to join the team. Reporting to the EMEA Head of Brand and Sponsorship, you will be responsible for the planning, activation and delivery of the brand through Citi's brand partnerships and communications programmes.
This is a new role designed to enhance our focus on maximising the value of our partnerships and programmes.
It is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is already in a brand communications/ partnership position but wants to grow experience within a top global brand.

Resident in Citi's EMEA headquarters in Canary Wharf the brand and sponsorship team are responsible for delivering Citi's core messages to its defined audience in a way that engages and delights. All the while ensuring that activity is business aligned and allowing Citi to compete in the global marketplace.
As an integrated part of the businesses we offer a deep understanding of the company structure, its philosophy and insight into the overarching strategy. We are part of regional Public Affairs, who have an EMEA-wide responsibility for Citi communications including external, internal, brand and community/CSR.
We are looking for an individual who will be central to the continual improvement and development of our branded programmes and content. The role will work within the over-arching brand guidelines whilst developing creative concepts, content and activities that continue to engage and inspire our clients and internal partners. The role will deliver across branded partnerships, branded activations, content development and brand identity management.
Manage local brand partnerships whilst providing guidance and oversight for EMEA region initiatives.
Develop and execute brand activations including thought-leadership events and engagement.
Work with the business to develop brand content for Citi owned and paid channels including identifying and sharing brand stories (stories of progress)
Partner with in-house and agency creative teams to develop supporting content and deliver the best possible creative outcomes.
Provide guidance and support to peers on brand related matters.
Work directly with internal business partners to evaluate and develop ideas and maximise impact.
Craft and deliver compelling presentations that sell and summarise brand programmes internally.
Adapt and deliver brand campaign content at a region or market level as required.
Challenge, motivate and inspire peers to produce work that adheres to the highest standards, delivers business results and earns recognition and credit in the industry.

Strong track record in managing brand partnerships ideally in arts, culture and sports. Experience of selecting and building partnerships would be advantageous.
Demonstrable skill in working independently to source and develop content for external platforms including strong understanding of current trends in content delivery through paid and organic channels.
Proven experience of leading creative projects and the ability to deliver effective and measurable results through creative communications. Including briefing and managing creative commissions with agency or in-house partners.
Able to evidence strong leadership in the development and delivery of brand activations. Ideal candidates will be able to evidence skill in working locally and also across geography.
Brand management experience including giving guidance and dissemination of best practice to internal partners.
Experience of strategic media planning and buying would be ideal as would recent delivery of workplace/culture brand work.
