The Administrative Assistant for Football supports the Head Football Coach with the management of all administrative aspects of the football program, to allow the Head Football Coach to more fully focus on coaching, recruiting, alumni relations, and other responsibilities. This position works with Athletics & Physical Education colleagues to perform administrative tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to those related to compliance, recruiting, budget development and monitoring, team and individual travel coordination, event scheduling and planning, and public relations. You will prepare internal materials for the coaching staff's use in game plan development, scouting, and recruiting. This position has frequent contact with student-athletes, alumni, parents, and recruits, and will require initiative, independent decision-making, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when appropriate.
Please note: This position will require occasional evening and weekend work, especially during the football season. There is no visa sponsorship available for this position.

Effective interpersonal and customer service skills to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing with a variety of customers, and be poised to serve as a good steward of the university.
Formal training of 6 months to 1 year beyond a High School Diploma, and at least 2 years' experience working in a college football program, or equivalent experience.
Strong computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office software programs.
Experience working in an Ivy League or other NCAA Division I football program
Experience with JumpForward, DV Sport, and other software programs used in the football program
