RoomReady is a growing audiovisual technology company that is the first Cisco Preferred Solutions Developer. We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Sales Account Executive with a strong AV background to establish strategic relationships in the Northeast Region, with a strong presence in both Boston and New York City. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for understanding the client’s goals and initiatives through monthly client check-ins and quarterly business reviews. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and work closely with mid to large companies with revenues greater than $100M to develop workable video conferencing solutions for meeting spaces.
Execute sales strategy by identifying customer needs and selling the appropriate solution inclusive of hardware and company services.
Develop business through multiple marketing and sales techniques.
Maintain a targeted understanding of customers’ business showing the ability to establish customer needs, buying cycles, and creating strong relationships to effectively drive sales and repeat business through solution development and relationship management skills
Drive profitably and grow revenue for target accounts.
Adhere to sales process including but not limited to pipeline development and accurate forecasting via internal tools.
Performs extensive proposal writing and functional narrative of product and system.
Skills and Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of advanced audiovisual knowledge and preferably 5+ years of sales experience. This undertaking requires strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and resolve staff and client issues, experience managing multi-faceted operations, as well as solid multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience. A proven track record for exceeding quota.
This is a work from home position. Candidate must have reliable internet and a quite space to work.
Telecommuting is allowed.
