Enthusiastically assists in developing visual communication and marketing content working in concert with the public relations team. This unique individual needs to have experience creating, editing and manipulating images and graphics meant for web and print productions. Needs to be well versed with industry-standard software. Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign desired. Experience with video editing desired but is not required.
This is a part time position of 15 - 18 hours per week with no benefits.
Create images, graphics and other materials which help educate Piedmont Electric’s members about the co-op’s programs, services, community outreach, operations and more. Member communications include newsletters, email marketing, online advertisements, social media posts, website updates, press releases, bill inserts, videos, photographs, written communications and more. Will collaborate with public relations team on community and co-op sponsored events and other community outreach opportunities. Assist with communication efforts during outage and other crisis events. Other duties as assigned.
