We are recruiting for a Wellness Coordinator to join our Benefits Department in Louisville, Kentucky.
Depending on assignment, may research and respond to inquiries on employee wellness program, analyze wellness vendor reports, assist with open enrollment and communications
Note: Depending on incumbent's assigned areas, some or all of the following duties may apply
Responds to inquiries related to employee wellness program. Records, researches and resolves inquiries relating to enrollment and eligibility with carriers, facilities, or vendors.
Promotes, facilitates, and coordinates wellness and wellbeing initiatives and drafts/reviews/edits materials for a consumer education campaign.
Identifies plan or administrative changes or clarifications that will reduce issues.
Participates in development of training materials and employee communication materials to drive additional consumer education efforts around well-being program.
Prepares participation analysis.
Manages vendors, including implementation of programs, daily issues, quarterly meetings, and the evaluation of performance issues.
Identifies process improvements and develops procedures to implement.
Participates in and coordinates program implementations and enhancements.
Other projects as assigned.
Basic understanding of employee wellness program and plan features
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative work relationships and work in a team environment.
Ability to produce basic reports.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Research and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word. SAP skills preferred.
High school graduate or equivalent
College degree preferred
2+ years wellness and/or benefits administration, human resource administration, accounting, and/or payroll experience. Depending on assignment, a college or advanced degree may be substituted for prior experience.
Depending on a candidate's qualifications, this position may be filled at a different level.
