What you do:
The Sr. Administrative Assistant will be an integral part of the team by supporting senior leadership within the organization. The Sr. Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, such as calendar management, expense reports, arranging domestic and international travel, and maintaining distribution lists. This position will support internal communications, as well as onboarding and offboarding processes. Additionally, the role will provide planning and logistics support for meetings and events. The role will interface a wide variety of roles and require great attention to detail, excellent written and verbal skills, and proficiency in formatting within PowerPoint.

Familiar with all services within the facility and works with facilities management and human capital teams to facilitate hospitality approach across services
Keeps a finger to the pulse of the community (including surrounding area: theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for office visitors and employees
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Minimum of 4 years of related experience and/or training
Demonstrated capacity to act independently and pursue areas of need
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Able to take a lot of information in and synthesis, and act on it
Self-motivation and organizational skills with the initiative and ability to complete projects in a timely manner and proven ability to work under pressure
An operational knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other management and dashboard reporting systems
