We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Employee Communications Manager, Hong Kong .
Create compelling content using storytelling to engage employees about the progress and priorities of the Bank, aligned to our purpose, strategies and values
Support global and regional internal campaigns with local execution, for example applying local story angles and considering audiences' communications preferences
Arm people managers with briefings and materials that inform and mobilise employees
Work collaboratively with other communications colleagues in planning and implementing employee communications activities to articulate HSBC's strategy and employer brand
Consider the external implications of implementing employee communications campaigns and projects and collaborate with media relations colleagues on external messages to mitigate risks
Work collaboratively with communications colleagues from other teams to ensure alignment of key messages
Communications professional with experience, preferably, within a Multi National Corporation or large local corporation
A proven track record in developing and managing compelling content and implementing communications programmes
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work confidently and effectively with senior executives across regional or global geographies
A strong team player who can work collaboratively with peers and manage and deliver excellent performance from teams and individuals
Possess a genuine interest in people, with strong relationship building, and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English is required, Chinese language ability an advantage
Strong knowledge of communication trends and best practice
Broad knowledge of the financial services industry and global marketplace
