PROCEDURE WRITER , MIT Federal Credit Union (MITFCU) , to work directly with the human resources manager and other members of the MITFCU management team to define and implement standards and procedures for ensuring optimal internal and external member experience. Writing for the projects will involve researching, analyzing, developing, implementing, communicating, and maintaining procedural documentation to effectively meet operational requirements of MITFCU. Will work in conjunction with the HR training department to align procedures with training requirements and communicate with and/or educate people about them; create new and amend existing procedures; and develop process flows and other supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
REQUIRED : a bachelor's degree; at least two years' experience in procedure writing; at least two years' experience in the banking or credit union industry; excellent member service and internal service skills; ability to form long-term business relationships; clear and concise verbal and written communication skills; and solid working knowledge of personal computers, preferably with Microsoft Office proficiency.
