Department Description Our firm relies on high-calibre people working together effectively. The Human Resources group designs, implements and manages our firm's policies and programs pertaining to global recruiting, learning and development, mobility, diversity, compensation, benefits and employee relations. Members of this group work together with business managers to attract manage and retain top-quality people.
This role sits within the Human Resources Recruiting team and will focus on providing business management support to the leadership team.
Critical to success will be the ability to work independently on key priorities, applying a structured and data driven approach.
Support Monthly financial reporting, annual demand and resource planning, ongoing resource management and business case processes
Project Management support
Co-ordination of change management agenda
Defining and tracking cost benefit opportunities
Producing and enhancing the reporting suite
Conduct analysis to understand business drivers, drive insights and providing data insights to support/ challenge decision making
Support the Business Manager in preparation of strategy documentation
Updating policy documentation
Assisting in drafting internal communications for the leadership team
Strong understanding of financial planning and management
Excellent influencing, organizational, prioritisation and negotiation skills, including the ability to effectively present to senior management
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships with business managers and colleagues across Human Resources.
Ability to multi-task and utilize good time management skills.
Attention to detail.
Team player, with flexible approach.
A strong commitment to diversity and shared values by being a role model for others.
Experience in financial services organization.
Experience within a Human Resources function
Technical skills in Business Objects/ Tableau/ data visualisation
