. Develop new JSOM website pages using CMS WordPress, update current pages while maintaining overall UTD web policies, style and technology. Maintain existing code-base, troubleshoot bugs and write new codes to develop new features. Work with key stakeholders (i.e. dean’s office directors), conduct usability and functionality testing and release application/webpages. . Supervise student workers’ schedule and their day-to-day work before publishing the webpages. Manage the student worker hiring process which includes job posting, interviews, hiring, onboarding and training. . Manage all website related tickets within the JIRA system to ensure they are completed on time and based on agreed requirements. . Continuously research to improve the website’s US/Ul and accessibility. . Work with the content owners to perform the content update process on a regular basis. Develop and manage the implementation of all newsletters and maintain the associated digital archives. . Design graphics and print materials as required using Abode Photoshop, illustrator or similar software.
Bachelor’s degree; three to five years Web development; three to five years writing for the Web.
