The Associate Director of Athletics shall assist the Athletic Director in coordinating the athletic program of the School, with safety precautions and the overall decorum of teams. He / She shall coordinate the athletic program in a manner in keeping with the school philosophies, goals and objectives as well as initiate and interpret athletic policies for the school. In addition the Associate Director of Athletics shall provide creative leadership for all athletic programs.

Coordinate and schedule athletic facilities.
Arrange sport officials.
Supervise eligibility requirements and maintain student eligibility records.
Publicize all athletic events and results.
Responsible for overall supervision of home games.
Establish inventory control procedures for all sports
Make arrangements for all interscholastic events such as ticket sales, game workers, lodging and meals when required.
Seek and find ways for supporting and financing the athletic program.
Make recommendations to the Athletic Director for improvements in the overall athletic program.
Must possess excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated leadership, management, and team-building skills within a school academic setting.
Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently, exercise creativity, solve problems, attend to details, manage change, and maintain a culture of integrity.
Highly developed interpersonal skills, specifically strong oral and written communication with a variety of audiences (e.g., parents, faculty, coaches).
Administrative degree and experience is preferred.
Should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Should have coaching experience.
Working knowledge of computer system functions including Microsoft word, Access, Excel
