Highly motivated, creative, and detailed oriented individual with skill in data and contract management to support our clinical and academic programs. The principle responsibilities of this position are the development and coordination of clinical education data for the Department of Physical Therapy and clinical education contracts for the College of Clinical and Rehabilitative Health Sciences. Secondary roles of this position are to support events, social media and marketing activities for the Physical Therapy Department. There is a routine working relationship with the Department Executive Aide, coordinating responsibilities of the two positions that overlap and providing support as needed for the functions of the Executive Aide in the department. The individual who assumes this position will work with limited supervision from the Director of Clinical Education and the Department Chair and interact daily with faculty, staff, students, and clinical instructors. This position also routinely interacts with administrative staff in other areas of the university, alumni, and other community partners of the department.

High school diploma or GED required.
Two years' experience in a health care, academic or business environment that involved data management.
Demonstrated ability to effectively carry out the required data management and contract management functions.
Experience, knowledge and skills related to website/social media functions.
Exceptional communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in related field such as public relations, public health, communications, data or media management, computer science, or marketing is strongly preferred.
