Provide project management and graphic design support to Director, Communications and Marketing, OUWB, including gathering, organizing, and condensing information from various sources. Ensure OUWB marketing correlation with central university branding messages and design. The Graphic Designer and Communications Specialist follows University policies and procedures and works in close collaboration with University Communications and Marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. A minimum of 3 years experience in project management, editing, working with graphic designers, and interacting with art and production directors. Graphic arts experience is required with a minimum of two years experience in technical/graphic production using InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator programs. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others.
