AVIXA is seeking a graphic designer to work on a variety of design projects including web graphics, print collaterals and logos.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Meet with project manager and/or Creative Director to determine the scope of a project.
Develop ideas and concepts and present them in a professional, visual manner.
Present the design to the Creative Director and/or the Creative team.
Design graphics, logos, brochures, print collateral, flyers, web graphics, web banners, and editorial design and report layouts.
Incorporate changes recommended by the Creative Director and/or clients into the final design.
Ability to package collaterals for commercial printing.
Create pieces that meet department/association needs.
Maintain consistent visual identity across association materials.
Adhere to established graphic standards and guidelines.
Travel as needed to assist at InfoComm Tradeshow and other events.

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design/Marketing or equivalent.Experience Level:
Minimum 2 years’ experience performing the duties and responsibilities outlinedTechnical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suites including: InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoShop. Familiarity working with long documents in InDesign and strong editing abilities in PhotoShop.
Experience working with digital asset editing and management tools such as LightRoom as well as the ability to work with professional photographers in order to obtain images for marketing use. (preferred)
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
Organized and detail oriented.
Ability to work collaboratively and in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills.
