Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to workplace diversity; sustainability and delivering exceptional value and great experience to customers; to develop, implement and manage high quality year around summer camp programs for University and sponsored events and outside groups; fulfill the goals of scheduling, events and conferences, Administrative Services and university events to ensure smooth operation of the scheduling and summer conference. Active engagement in learning and practicing principles of social justice and inclusion, environmental sustainability and delivering great customer experience. High quality logistics coordination and implementation in support of overnight conferences, programs and events is required; requires strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with supervisor, staff and other individuals, both inside and outside the University. Presence at evening and weekend events is occasionally required.
