Evaluate and recommend approaches for appropriate method of each project based on volume, size, layout and design. Serve as liaison between internal account managers, designers, clients, and external vendors. Maintain departmental standards for quality control and accuracy. Oversee the troubleshooting of software that aids in the project management and workflow of the office. Lead and implement ongoing improvements to existing software as well as new products that become available. Research alternative project management and online proofing systems. Deliver initial and ongoing training for current and future project management systems. Manage the budget recovery process for all projects.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Required Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience managing increasingly complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent project management, communication and prioritization skills. Ability to professionally interact with all levels of staff, faculty and outside groups. Knowledge of project management software.
