Consult, design, develop and tactically deliver innovative and creative internal communications campaigns across integrated multi-media, global and regional channels
Generate content across multiple internal communications channels including: internal employee newsletters, digital TV screens, CEO-level town-halls
Assist in preparation of senior-level communications including memos, speeches, presentations, key messaging, award submissions
Oversee logistics and coordination of all internal employee events
Review and proof-read communications and content from various internal stakeholder groups and advise and consult on appropriate communications channels and support delivery
Work collaboratively with HR, marketing and communications and community affair colleagues globally and regionally and ensure consistency in messaging
Perform general newsgathering role across the EMEA and build strong global networks and relationships
Support global communication planning to ensure regional EMEA representation . Advise on appropriateness and tailor global communications for regional audience
Advise and prepare compelling metrics for senior leadership and key stakeholders demonstrating measurable success of internal communication campaigns
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
A relevant degree or higher education certificate in communciations, English, creative writing, philosophy, history, languages, journalism or related studies
Direct experience building and implementing highly successful internal communications campaigns
Outstanding writing skills with meticiulous attention to detail - execeptional grammar and spelling
Proven organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously, whilst working in a pressurised, deadline driven environment
Ability to navigate a matrix organisation and demonstrate an appreciation for diverse cultures, audiences and timezones
Experience in using animation software/video/photography or multi-media software is desirable
Broad understanding of financial/corporate/ institutional services preferred
