The Social Media and Office Manager role is a hybrid position requiring administrative expertise and a fluid knowledge of all social media platforms. This position is split with 50% of efforts going to Social Media and 50% toward Office Manager duties. The right candidate for this position must excel in a fast-paced environment, exercise good judgment, be attentive to detail, and be forward-thinking. The Social Media and Office Manager must anticipate the needs of the office and be proactive by solving problems and making decisions independently. This position oversees department social channels as well as manages University social channels.
Minimum 2 years Administrative experience Minimum 5 years of social media experience Knowledge of social media changes and trends ensuring effectiveness Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and propensity to build and maintain systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Friendly and welcoming; customer focused Proficient in Microsoft Office Quick Learner
