As part of a small collaborative team you will work closely with the Leadership and HR to develop and deliver a program of internal communications that supports the articulation of group strategy, drives employee and stakeholder engagement and promotes a shared understanding of business initiatives, projects and value proposition.
This role will see you contribute to the editorial and creative direction of various communication activities and explore new and innovative ways to support the delivery of effective communication across our different audiences. Your success will be measured on your ability to engage with stakeholders, your understanding of what makes a compelling story and your exceptional writing skills.
You will be a forward thinking and inquisitive communicator that consistently looks to improve the quality of communications,how they are delivered to the business, and how you measure their success.
Being tertiary qualified you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a communications role, a proven track record of exceptional writing and the ability to present ideas and insights through storytelling. You will also be able to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
