The Project and Event Coordinator will support IBA member banks my providing administrative support for government relations, compliance, and legal departments.
Provide meeting and project support for department committees, peer groups, and compliance team meetings. Duties include maintaining committee membership lists, sending committee communications, preparing meeting packets, preparing committee minutes, scheduling meeting locations, arranging speakers, ordering lunches and other related duties.
Support compliance analysts by communicating with bank clients and analysts as needed, uploading all documents onto Onbase system, setting up portals for banking clients, setting up engagements in N: drive, sending post review surveys to bank clients , update and format work programs as required.
Support department website updates including new tools, FAQs and other related topics.
Provide support in formatting, reviewing, soliciting articles, and distributing department publications including Legislative Directory, Regulatory Bulletin, Compliance Clips, and maintain subscription list for Disclosure Magazine.
Coordinate travel accommodations for compliance staff members.
Provide support in creating department training materials and ordering department supplies.
Provide support inputting BUILD and ILEAD contributions
Other duties as assigned.
Required Education: High School Diploma. Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University preferred.
Required Work Experience: Administrative work experience preferred.
Technology Skills: Proficiency with MS Office applications
Required Skills or Traits: Project management skills, event and meeting planning skills, oral/written communication skills.
