We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Wholesale Support Manager, Group Insurance.
Work closely with the Retail Banking and Wealth Management teams in the Group and Regional level to implement effective insurance wholesales support in the key Retail Banking and Wealth Management sites, particular on sales model development, training academy, streamlining insurance sales process and relevant customer journeys, and other sales support activities to drive results for Insurance Business.
Support the development of Insurance Specialists model and staff recognition programs with Retail Banking and Wealth Management teams, and develop staff and customer communication to promote insurance brand and identity with the Insurance Product and Proposition teams.
Develop quality wholesales support initiatives and programs to grow insurance business and maximize contribution to economic profit within Retail Banking and Wealth Management and enhance insurance sales and services
Introduce Insurance Academy and recognition program across the group and region, and support the development on recognition mechanism and recognition events
Building front line skill, knowledge and engagement via video and digital/interactive tools such as Video and digital training materials with a focus on protection products
Building front line advocacy and will through internal communication to build front line awareness of, and belief in, the value of our Insurance solutions for our customers
Effectively analyze industry trends and conducts competitor analysis, submitting appropriate recommendations or business cases to senior management or executive to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace
Complete research and makes recommendations on the implementation of special projects
Perform other projects or duties as required including support global and regional business development as required
Extensive experienced in business development, marketing or relationship management experience in financial services, with exposure in the insurance industry
Proven ability to achieve business results with sound track record
Strategic in thinking, couple with strong leadership and coaching skills and strong business acumen
Strong communication, organizational and project management skills
A strong leader with sound judgment and a team player
High energy level to lead and drive change management
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, good spoken Mandarin is an added advantage
