Bingham Greenebaum Doll is currently seeking a Chief Technology Officer. The CTO is a strategically important, senior leadership position reporting to the Firm's Chief Operating Officer that is responsible for developing and advancing the Firm's technology and information management strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven record of significant leadership and management of Information Technology department(s), functions, and investments supporting lawyers' practices and client relationships. The CTO is expected to work closely and consultatively with the Firm's COO, Managing Partner and Technology Committee to drive technology solutions and innovation reflecting technology and business best practices supporting the Firm's business and vision. The CTO is also expected to recruit, retain and manage the people in the IT area so as to deliver a high level of user satisfaction to our lawyers and administrative staff.

Educational Requirements: Overall education, experience and performance requirements include:
BA or BS degree. Master's Degree related to technology or MBA a plus.
Fifteen plus years of leadership | management and broad-based information technology experience. Direct supervisory experience of teams of at least 20 people. Strong team building skills. Strategic thinker with direct experience developing and implementing technology strategies.
Proven leadership, organizational, problem solving, and communications skills, coupled with the ability to excel in a fluid and fast-moving environment.
Experience managing daily IT operations and technology projects in a multi-city, multi-office law firm or other professional services firm required.
Strong client service orientation focused on providing superior user experience to entire Firm.
Ability to establish priorities consistent with the Firm's expectations and to communicate goals and expectations to both system users and management.
Ability to travel with some regularity to different offices.
