Serve as junior public relations planner/program implementer, content creator, and press liaison officer for the NYU School of Law, working with the Vice President and Director of Public Affairs, and the communications teams in the NYU School of Law and in the Office of Public Affairs to showcase the accomplishments and research of faculty, students, and alumni in support of the school's and university's strategic goals.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Education: Master's degree.
Required Experience: 3-5 years' news writing or public relations experience or equivalent combination in positions that required use of social media.
Preferred Experience: 3 years' news writing or public relations experience in an academic environment.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent writing ability; knowledge of social media.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of New York City and the legal profession. Use of press list related management technology.
