The incumbent will assist with administrative functions for the LVAD program.
Duties and responsibilities:
1.Assist with coordinating day to day office functions. 2.Processing invoices. 3.Creating schedules. 4.Maintain records of results. 5.Support other job functions as needed.

General Minimum Qualifications: Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor and telephone manners are essential. High school diploma equivalent required.
Additional Specific Minimum Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.The ability to take initiative and work independently is required.
