Working closely with our University Communications and Marketing team, you will be serve as our lead editor and content strategist for our website. If you enjoy overseeing, managing and monitoring content web content, then this position will suit your skills. We are looking for you to develop and implement our web communication initiatives - leading the development of the site and ensuring that the messaging is consistent. Your abilities to deliver multi-media messaging of quality is important as we want our audience experience to be a positive interactive.
Your strong attention to detail skills will be greatly appreciated in this role, along with your ability to organize and manage your time well, in this fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
In this role, you will bring with you:
Three to five (3-5) years of experience in communications,
Two to four (2-4) years using a CMS to manage content within a complex and multi-faceted website,
Excellent proofreading skills and experience in web content writing and editing,
Strong face-to-face customer service skills,
Web production skills with a proficiency in HTML, graphic software applications,
Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field.
