Partners with stakeholders across the college to develop relevant, compelling, omni-channel marketing initiatives that elevate the college's reputation and support revenue generating activities. Works with Marketing and Communications team to manage, implement and steward the college's brand and maintain visual identity through; collaboration with stakeholders across the college to aid in planning and executing marketing initiatives and design needs for academic departments, academic programs, corporate engagement, internal communications, and priorities identified by the college's strategic plan. Creates marketing strategy and manages projects from ideation through implementation, customizing project plans, coordinating resources, designing collateral and managing timelines based on the unique goals of each project and unit.
Bachelor’s degree in visual communication design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; 5-7 years of experience leading design projects, versatile design portfolio, developing marketing strategy, managing marketing projects, and in a corporate, higher education, or agency environment; proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Demonstrated experience developing brand, marketing, and communication strategies; ability to think creatively and strategically, while being detail oriented and following a project from ideation through implementation; ability to balance and prioritize multiple work streams and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met, and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment; working knowledge of photography, basic studio/portrait lighting; Working knowledge of videography and video editing; professional demeanor and customer service mindset, including the ability to build collaborative working relationships and experience with client communications; experience working on a small, collaborative team with limited resources to execute team goals.
Target Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Annually
