This position is responsible for maintenance of the applicant tracking system, data entry/processing and other administrative duties. The person will also monitor the student employment processes, provide front desk backup and perform a variety of administrative support tasks for the Human Resources Department. This position is a temporary, part-time position.
Responsible for applicant tracking system administration including posting and closing positions, coordinate the dispositioning of applicant pools, and report generation.
Administer and coordinate on-boarding processes.
Enter all payroll changes into Agresso, including: new hires, PARs, terminations, and benefit election changes.
Conduct bi-weekly payroll audit for accuracy.
Process and audit all benefit plan billings for medical/dental/vision/life/LTD, voluntary life, retirement, and supplemental retirement.
Process COBRA continuation and separation letters, as applicable.
ADDITIONAL EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:
Oversee data entry of student new hires into HRIS system.
Monitor job postings for student employee positions.
Provide administrative support for distribution of employee communications for the HR department, including: A-mails, individual letters, website and Moodle updates, and promotions for events/meetings on campus.
Assign and track new hire and required training completion.
Assists with tracking expenses for budget.
Assists with planning and implementing department programs and events.
All other duties as apparent or assigned by supervisor(s).
High School diploma.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse work environment.
