Major Duties: General summary: Implements a territory-based recruitment and outreach plan for Extended University Programs. This position is located in Punta Gorda, Florida.- Assists in implementing a territory-based recruitment and outreach plan. Identifies and develops leads for regional, online, conferencing and professional development. Ensures a seamless student experience throughout the enrollment funnel.- Builds and maintains relationships with local influencers. Identifies community challenges and recommends solutions.- Represents the program at recruitment activities.- Collaborates with the student engagement staff in order to ensure consistent lead generation.- Maintains student engagement from lead generation through admission.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in related field from an accredited institution.- Two years' relevant experience.- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to travel in-state and out-of-state.- Ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
