We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Business Development and Propositions .
Support the regional development and implementation of Corporate strategies and initiatives
Monitor performance, training and liaison with other business and product groups, as well as performing coordination activities
Promote Leading International Business Awareness and Culture in the region, leveraging successful cases in internal communications materials
Drive the use, enhancement and development of core business enabling tools such as HORIS, ClientVision, OMNIA and related Business Intelligence tools
Liaise as central coordinator with all regional sites and other key stakeholders such as Global Commercial Banking, Commercial Banking Finance, Chief Operating Office, and Country stakeholders
Conduct research and market information collection, as well as performing relevant analysis and making recommendations
Lead countries in formulating and driving implementation for Corporate Banking strategic initiatives on a regular basis
University degree in a relevant discipline
Significant appropriate working experience in Commercial Banking Corporate or Global Banking and Markets
Sound understanding of the Commercial Banking business and culture, ideally with experience as a front line Relationship Manager
Knowledge of Commercial Banking's international proposition, infrastructure and product capabilities, including a good working knowledge of systems including HORIS, ClientVision, Omnia etc
Capacity to successfully interact with a wide range of counterparts within the Bank
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and understandable manner, as well as listen attentively to others, understand material and provide relevant solutions
Imaginative and innovative approach, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency in the usage of PowerPoint and Excel, especially Macros and Pivots
