Responsible for performing data and market research to analyze and identify opportunities that provide for the planning initiatives/strategic growth of the organization. Manages market research and supports market intelligence activities and strategic business planning, focusing on provision of reports and information and leading to a fact-based understanding of competitors, business opportunities and customer. The primary function is to support Health Plan decision making through the provision of actionable information. Acts as a liaison for the department in accepting project assignments, managing market research and presenting project results.
Reports to the Director of Product Development.
Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field required. Minimum of five years of related professional experience required. Healthcare and/or health insurance industry knowledge required.
MBA or MHA required. Minimum of three years related experience required.
Extensive experience in Health Care Strategic Planning or consumer marketing research will be considered.
If a suitably experienced candidate cannot be found, applicants who meet the basic qualifications but possess fewer years of experience will be considered for hire at a lower level.Salary would commensurate with experience.
